Two Mombasa County government employees died while another was critically injured in a road accident in the Mbogolo area on the Mombasa-Malindi highway Wednesday night.The injured staff was rushed to Kilifi County Hospital before being transferred to Mombasa Hospital, where she is recuperating.Kongowea ward representative Jabess Odour Mudhai, the injured employee, was in a stable condition.“I was behind them heading to Kilifi. Their vehicle was slowing down before a bump. The driver of the lorry had not seen the bump and tried to stop, but it was too late,” he said.Mr Mudhai said the driver and a woman in the vehicle died on the spot.
